HOMSA's Africa group hosted the annual welcome event in October at the residence of the Nigerian High Commissioner. This event was a gathering of all HOMSA members to get to know each other and welcome new HOMSA arrivals. Following the welcome speech by HOMSA's president, Madam Elbia Meghar, a fashion show was held showcasing beautiful traditional clothing of several African countries, then guests were invited to taste different African dishes.
